Called Advanced Water to come out to look at our Water Softener, make sure it was functioning properly, and check our water. Set up an appointment for 2 days later. Jay arrived at the beginning of the time frame. Walked me through the evaluation, let me know the water softener was functioning, but gears were showing wear (water softener is 16 years old). Did not try to pressure me into buying a new one. Jay also spoke to my husband on the phone and answered all my husband’s questions. My husband and I decided to purchase a new system.
