    We just purchased a house and the water system (well tank and softener) were original to the house and in big need of repair. The water was smelly and very hard. We called and the office staff was super helpful. Jay came out and reviewed the system and let us know our options. He was very helpful and friendly. After reviewing our options we decided on a new system and the office staff immediately called and got us in for an install within a week (and this was during the holidays!). Matt came out right on time and installed our new system. After installation (which he did a fantastic job with), he reviewed everything with us and showed us how it all works and what to look for. He was also super knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very reasonable and the service was awesome. We definitely recommend them for service. Thank you!

    Matt and his staff are the epitome of customer service! From the very first encounter with Advanced Water it was clear that customer service is #1 for this company. They worked with my hectic schedule to get an initial service call the next day! Upon delivery of my new equipment, Matt took extra time to answer all of my questions and walked me through how the new equipment worked in a manner that was easily understood. I took advantage of the “12 month same as cash” option and had many questions about the contract. They went above and beyond to get answers for me which infringed on her 5pm close time on a Friday night! It was refreshing to have a company be so responsive, patient and customer friendly.

    We are new owners of a home that has a water softener from Advanced Water Treatment. Jay came out and thoroughly explained how it operates. He even explained the pipes and valves that deliver water to the softener from the well water holding tank. He asked about the water volume our family uses and made sure the softener was set to regenerate appropriately. Jay was very knowledgeable, experienced and went above and beyond to answer our questions. He even added salt while at our home. We were very impressed with Jay!

    My family and I moved recently to South Lyon,What we didn’t know is that the water is very hard. So advanced water treatment was our first choice. They were very nice, they tested our water, they checked the number of people living in the house so they can put the exact water softener that is a good fit for our family. Very professional. And the person that came to install the unit was very nice and explained a lot of things. We are very happy that we went with them. And they come back a few months later to check on everything and test the water. That is great too. We buy the water softener salt from them and they deliver it to your house free of charge. I definitely recommend them.

    Was having water pressure issues at 5pm and I called but also messaged from Google and Brad responded within 5 minutes and said he’d be out the next day. Figured out the issue was the well tank and he was able to get the install team out there later that same day. So in about 24 hours after my issue started, it was fixed. Fantastic service.
